I don't know if he's better in person but he very clearly does not care for his job in telehealth. Rushed through the call, almost no questions, and frankly very little in the way of help. Maybe just try a different line of work.
He is absolutely terrible—rude, boorish, and a complete lout. I called him regarding an emergency, and he hung up in my face. He is absolutely unworthy of the title of "doctor"—and I say this to you as the child of a doctor myself.
This "doctor" is an insult to the profession and all Medical Doctors who care, empathize and try to find the best solution to make you WELL. Without getting into details, I echo all what's been already said by others online, times 10. It sounds quite strange but it seems like this person uses his role to abuse patients by refusing to give them the REASSURANCE they look for and need, minimizing their symptoms and leaving them stuck with them.
