Always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned and checked. The staff is courteous and professional, especially Felicia, my hygienist. Then a check-up by Dr. Hippensteel, and a bag of dental goodies to keep my smile bright.
I have never felt so appreciated by the staff for choosing Riviera Dental. I moved here in May and missed my six month cleaning. They put me on a waiting list and two days later, they called to give me an appointment. They helped me fill out my forms on the computer. My hygienist, Renee, was amazing! Her x-rays were right on, my teeth felt amazing, and she didn’t rush. I felt like I was here only client. Dr. Trotter came in for my oral exam. Normally Janie cleans my teeth, but due to illness this time Susan took care of me. I so much enjoyed visiting with her in between the breaks during cleaning, and while waiting for Dr Trotter. She was so sweet and did an excellent job!! 5 Star Treatment! Your staff is so friendly and do such great work, I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office. And always ON TIME!
