Had to have an actual psychiatrist tear this guy's review apart for a PD evaluation. This guy is not 'pro cop' as he claims. Maybe if you pay for his service directly he will provide an actual service for you. If he is contracting for a department or agency, be prepared to fight his biased views.
This guy will sell out his ethics and profession to the highest bidder. He contracts for the Indiana Public Retirement System and will review cases they send him. He will provide diagnosis without ever meeting, interviewing or evaluating a patient. He does his profession a disservice and compromises his ethics for the almighty dollar.
