Doctor offices often get a bad reputation because of their front desk staff and this place emphasis why. The girl I just spoke to needs to find a new line of work. Rude is an understatement. Tried to schedule an appointment and Dr Kastin refuses to see patients who have previously been seen by other doctors. What a joke of a practice.

I tried to get a visit to see him and I was told he would NOT see and give me any help and would not call me he called my doctor not me
I found Dr. Kastin to be polite and informative. Dr. Kastin took his time to answer my questions as well as make sure he was informed about my medical history.??
I had 2 virtual visits and Dr. Kastin performed my screening colonoscopy and endoscopy. He is a very caring individual and experienced Gastroenterologist. My visits were virtual due to the pandemic and my procedure was done on time and went very well. I highly recommend Dr. Kastin and Suburban Gastroenterology.
This Dr. was educated at "Northwestern University", and "Ya;e", for his Fellowship, Residency, and Internship. He needs to go back and take remedial training in proper customer service, and treating patients with respect. He was rude, arrogant, interrupted, and talked down to me, in a condescending manner. He told me, my former and present Doctors (M.D.'s), don't know what their talking about, because their not a Specialist, like him. Seriously, are you kidding me ?. His personality is a zero. Dr. Kastin is my favorite dr- great beside manner, knowledgeable, logical, great respect for patients. Family dr referred me for abdominal pain & nausea. He recommended a colonoscopy despite a 1 in a million chance of cancer at age 36 but said "that doesn't matter if you're that 1" which I loved bc he wanted to check despite low odds- Colonoscopy showed many polyps, one huge-would definitely be cancer in a year if not already. No problem admitting beyond expertise. He literally saved my life!
Very knowledgeable and experienced doctor with great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful staff. He even met me at the ER for a medical condition to make sure I got in quickly and recieved the treatment I needed.
Great experience at office. Staff was professional and courteous. Everything ran smoothly. Dr very thorough and kind. Explained well and answered all my questions. This is what you should hope for in a medical visit
Dr Kastin and the entire team at the facility were fantastic! The procedure was a breeze. 4 stars! Be sure to bring a sweater as the waiting room is chilly...
