I don’t understand the other reviews because, she is one of the only Dr.’s I’ve seen that seemed to show interest in me as a patient. She’s very nice and personable.
Dr. Wiegel is a lovely doctor. She is a big ball of sunshine when she walks into the examine room. Even on your worst days, she'll just make you feel happy! The office staff is nice and it's pretty easy to make an appointment with her. You might not get exactly the appointment that you want online, but I think if you call the office you might have a better chance.
Just saw Dr. Wiegel today for the first time. She was very friendly and seemed to be very interested in my care. Her nurse Michelle was just as friendly. I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. Hopefully the positive reviews continue.
Completely not interested in patients. Spent 5 minutes with me, didn't even touch me and billed me for an annual physical. Will not go back
Hard to get appt w/ Dr. Average 25-35 min wait even w/ appt. Visits are 10 mins and they don’t even seem to review your medical history even as a long-time patient. Save vacation time. They req. return visits for everything. Had to return after appt. 2 days prior w/ exact same symptoms just to get another prescription. Was made to go in w/ flu ridden toddler Just to get preventative flu meds prescription. Terribly rude nurse Michelle, though front desk staff is very kind. Left in tears.
I specifically wanted a doctor affiliated with Cleveland Clinic, and Dr. Wiegel was available. I was concerned after reading the other negative reviews, but went for my appointment anyway. And I am glad I did! I found Dr. Wiegel to be professional, cheerful and thorough. I would unhesitatingly recommend her to others.
I had no problems with Dr Wiegel. She was professional and seemed to care about me.
The very worst doctor I have ever seen. She gave me the feeling she could care less about me as a patient. Will never go back. Do not understand how she is on staff at Cleveland clinic
All of the poor reviews are confirmed. The worst Dr I have ever met. Will never return. Lack of knowledge can put your life in jeopardy. Cleveland clinic should fire her . So unprofessional that I almost walked out.
