It took 5 days an 6 calls with no replys and paying for a whole appointment to get a simple clerical function done to satisfy my insurance. When I asked why it took so long and why no one got back to me I was told I should just be grateful that she sent me to the ER where they found the problem.
Dr Weigel has been my primary care doctor for over 5 years. She’s very kind and sweet but sometimes there’s a wait, this time I got there 8 minutes late and the nurse told me there will be a wait so I waited for 45minutes just for him to come back and tell me it’s going to be more than 10 minutes longer before I see her because she took some else before me.. the waiting in this office is ridiculous, you get there on time, you wait you come 8 minutes late you wait over an hour. "Dr. Weigel should not be working for Cleveland Clinic. If you don’t like your job, just quit. If I could give her 1 star, I would. Terrible customer service! The nurse was awesome, but Dr. Weigel was just horrible from the moment she walked in. She gave a fake smile, didn’t take the time to address my concerns, and literally walked out without doing anything. Yet, she still had the nerve to charge my insurance. Long waits and always pushing unnecessary tests. It's like the Doctors only care about how much money they can make when some of us have to pay full prices because I never hit my deductible every year. Also the doctor doesn't listen to patients concerns.
