I was very pleased with my treatment by Dr. Van Gorkum. He knows what he's doing.
The doctor was fine, but I did not have a good experience with the front desk team. The secretary told me they would contact me if I needed to make any payments after they processed my insurance, but by the time they finally sent a message, they had already added over $200 in late fees.
I had a neutral experience with the doctor, but I can't recommend this place because the payment process feels scummy. The receptionist told me they would work with my insurance to cover costs and contact me about any other payments, but I didn't hear from them until nearly a year later. When they finally called and left a voicemail to tell me I had a payment due, the late payment fees were over $200. Best podiatrist in town. Extremely capable, knowledgeable and kind. No problem is too great for these guys and they work with what you need
