Dr. Unwalla & Associates continues to deliver exceptional customer service even during these unprecedented times. I was able to order my contacts from one of his friendly staff persons over the phone and Dr. Unwalla, himself, was able ship them directly to my house. I received them the next day. I was so grateful because I was down to my last pair of contacts and he recognized the urgency in me needing my 6 months supply. Dr. Brane & Dr. Unwalla have been very helpful. Last exam was quick and efficient, and they helped my son get his first pair of contacts. More recently, they even worked with us to update the prescription help my son get some replacement glasses during this difficult pandemic time. We really appreciated their responsiveness.
