Had Dr. Neal for a tonsillectomy as a teenager and absolutely loved him. However, I went back to him a couple of years ago for sinus polyps and he treated me poorly and was not at all attentive after seeing that I took methadone. I said why I took the medication and that I had been clean for a few years at that point and he said no you are not and was highly unprofessional from that point on to the point that I had to change drs to get proper help.
My family cannot say enough great things about this practice and the staff there. They are always quick to get us in, professional and very knowledgeable. We will be so sad when Dr. Neal retires!

We were very impressed with Dr. Neal. He explained everything clearly and precisely about surgery and the risks involved. He had a great bedside manner and put my 9 year old daughter and all of us at ease. He listened to our concerns and managed issues very professionally. Our daughter doesn't snore anymore after her tonsil removal, and wakes up well rested. We're so happy we got in to see Dr. Neal before he retired. The nurse and office staff were great too!
I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his practice. Everything about my experience was positive. The office staff are warm, efficient, and helpful. The nurses asked all the right questions and had professional yet comforting bedside manner. Dr. Neal has a wonderful personality that instantly put me at ease. He was extremely thorough, really listened to my concerns, and took time to make sure all my questions were answered.
