My family cannot say enough great things about this practice and the staff there. They are always quick to get us in, professional and very knowledgeable. We will be so sad when Dr. Neal retires!
We were very impressed with Dr. Neal. He explained everything clearly and precisely about surgery and the risks involved. He had a great bedside manner and put my 9 year old daughter and all of us at ease. He listened to our concerns and managed issues very professionally. Our daughter doesn't snore anymore after her tonsil removal, and wakes up well rested. We're so happy we got in to see Dr. Neal before he retired. The nurse and office staff were great too!
I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his practice. Everything about my experience was positive. The office staff are warm, efficient, and helpful. The nurses asked all the right questions and had professional yet comforting bedside manner. Dr. Neal has a wonderful personality that instantly put me at ease. He was extremely thorough, really listened to my concerns, and took time to make sure all my questions were answered.
I saw Dr. Danny my freshman year of college as a vocal performance major, and was told I have vocal nodules. For context, I have type one diabetes, as did his daughter. When asked about how I manage, I told him, and he shamed me/compared me to his daughter, he even told me that one day I’d wake up and I’d have to choose which one of my fingers gets amputated as a result of poor diabetes management… in hindsight, this was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessarily hurtful. I have no idea how this doctor has such high reviews. I took my two year old, who has reoccurring ear infections, into see Dr. Neal and it was not a positive experience. He was so unprofessional. The guy was so wacky, and not in a good way. He had no manners and completely dismissed everything I told him about my son. There is no way I would ever let this guy do anything to my kid. As soon as we walked out of the office I called a different ENT in Harrisonburg to set up an appointment. No way will my family be back.
