Dr. Leonard and his staff are definitely the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. They emphasis care, compassion and individually based concern. I am a fretter and they have never shown any frustrations with all my questions and concerns, even creating last minute appts to reassure all is going great
My cancer and reconstruction surgeries have been a life changing experience for me, my husband, my family and friends. I have been the patient of doctors that I call myself a project. I have been a patient of Dr. Leonard's since 1997 when he performed post bilateral mastectomy reconstruction for me. He is compassionate, caring and personable, and I have always felt at ease under his care. I have never felt hurried during our appointments, and he answers any and all questions thoroughly. I have the utmost respect and faith in Dr. Leonard, and would highly recommend him!
Following a cancer diagnosis, one is overwhelmed by the amount of doctors and appointments she is scheduled for. Some of these appointments seemed rushed and the last thing a patient needs is a plastic surgeon (tasked with fixing the aftermath) who doesn't have the time to really inform or to alleviate anxiety associated with the procedures needed to become whole again. Dr. Leonard NEVER seems rushed and always seems concerned for his patient's entire wellbeing.
