Professional. Available and prompt. Great with kids.
Dr. Rico has cared for my two children ages 11 and 14 for several years, and we highly recommend her. We are able to get same day appointments when needed, and our well visit checks are scheduled annually. Dr. Rico is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has excellent bedside manner. Her office is clean and beautifully decorated, and her staff is warm and friendly. I love the way she speaks directly to my children. She is thorough and makes us all feel at ease. 5 stars all the way!
Dr. Rico is a great doctor. She listens to all of your concerns. She also does not try to fix the problem herself when she knows a specialist is needed. For example, I know many pediatricians diagnose patients with ADHD. She did a screening for my kid & then sent them to a specialist because she said this is something only a specialist should diagnose. I appreciate that. Also, the PAs at the office are awesome when you cannot see her.
She is excellent!!
