Having been a patient for over a decade, I can't find words to praise Dr. Berger and the staff at North Star Medical enough. I have always been a "nervous" and rather untrusting patient, and this is the first healthcare facility where I feel completely comfortable. Dr. Berger and his excellent staff have always treated me with utmost respect and kindness. Dr Berger has been my primary care providers for over 12 years now. I value his caring nature, intellect, and the fact that he keep up to date with and even contributes to cutting edge medical research. Yet despite his acclaim he is humble and totally dedicated to getting to the bottom my individual medical issues, finding a treatment that works best for me. I could not ask for a better doctor and will miss him greatly long after I’ve moved away from Chicago to another city.
