The front desk lady is useless. She refused to help direct me to the help I need. This place is just happy to have the people they have, they dont want or need any more clients. I have never been treated w such disrespect in my 80 years. I am sad that people trying to get help, have to deal w careless individuals that get paid to be useless, careless and neglectful. Avoid this place if u can or value GOOD service.
I call to ask about a referral for my grandmother. The lady answering the phone was rude n careless. Just a un oiled robot pushing buttons w a attitude dry as old toast. She obviously wasn't there to do a job. Go to a place that w treat youbw dignity and respect. Also, I'm sure any other place will show care and value. Not this office. Can't say if the doc was or is good cuz I never got that far.
