The office staff didn't explain how outrageously expensive their prices are just for simple cleanings. They jacked up the prices and force you to pay it.
Dr. Grilli is playful and a great dentist. The ladies up front are the best!
Dr. Grilli's staff did not tell us they were no longer accepting our insurance and then forced us to pay the entire amount afterwards.
Dr. Grill is a great pediatric dentist! We have used Dr. Grilli for about 10 years as our pediatric dentist. He really tries to make the kids comfortable, and he is very personable with them. His staff is GREAT, too! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
Very impressive! The kids ove this office & this dentist...which really says a lot. Both kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The waiting room is huge and nicely decorate. There is even a game room for kids, while you wait. However, we have never waited long. Everyone on the staff is very friendly too. The back dental areas are also very well decorated, with lots of rooms. It is huge and very clean! We even had an appointment when Dr. Grilli was out. The Fill-In Dentist he had was amazing too!
I had a fantastic experience at with dr grilli. My 3 year old fell while playing and injured the bottom four teeth. It looked really bad because the next day all four of her teeth were loose and the new ones don't come out for another four years or so. I was very anxious because of what might happen to my daughter and because I had no idea how much this was going to cost us. So we go in and the staff is just so nice and friendly. My daughter was diagnosed with fluorosis at age 1 yr and it caused 2 teeth to pit. Eventually one broke off at about age 2, so, I saw this pediatric dentist. He did not comment on the fluorosis and did not seem to believe that the tooth broke off due to that (instead of decay). When he fixed it, he did not recommend to clean the teeth first and matched the yellowed color to her teeth. Once her teeth were cleaned, that tooth stood out. My daughter is petrified of the dentist but Dr. Grilli was great with her, she is 5 and needed a cap and some fillings and he made her laugh and the staff was very understanding and patient with her. Great facility!!!
Dr. Grilli is great with kids! The staff is very courteous. They have two play rooms and each kid gets to pick from a treasure chest and a sticker. Dr. Grilli also does early orthodontics like palette widening.
