Tuve una experiencia negativa con el personal de recepción. La persona encargada de agendar las citas en la ventana del checkout fue poco profesional y me trató de una manera irrespetuosa. Me incomodó que hablara en inglés cerca de mí como si no pudiera entender, lo cual me pareció innecesario y poco considerado. First urologist to diagnose my problem.
Great experience, professional caring doctor. Dr. Daniel Ead performed a Lithotripsy procedure, and a Cystoscopy to clean up remaining kidney stone fragments with great success.Dr. Ead called me in the evening of both my procedures to check up on me, and answer my ar home recovery.I highly recommend this skilled and caring Urologist.

I spent 2 days calling to speak to a human. Each time, a recorded message came on stating they are busy with patients to press 1 for appointments. Each time I pressed 1, when the prompt came on to record a message, it said I was unable to leave a message in their system. When I finally got through to a human, I explained what was going on with their phone system and was talked down to. I was told 'well no one else has a problem with it.
