Dr Daniel N. Had and the staff at his office are great! I first went in for a regular checkup and then came back to have a cystoscopy. I was nervous about it but it went well and was pretty much painless. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a urologist. Also, I am self-pay and did a little bit of shopping around and found his prices to be extremely fair. I thank him (and his staff!) for a positive experience!
Dr Ead is a great and professional urologist but, the "waiting time" and the "front desk (customer service)" are so terrible. I would appreciate if they retrain the ladies at the front desk how to deal with patients.
A year ago I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. I spoke with a friend who had recently undergone robotic surgery for the same diagnosis. I went my friend's strong recommendation of working with Dr. Ead. I have no regrets. The outcome from my surgery has been excellent. Dr. Ead took time throughout the whole process to explain options, surgical processes, review my recovery progress, and, most importantly, during surgery, to spare nerves and minimize negative outcomes. Highly recommended.
I have never left a review for a physician before, but I had to with Dr. Ead. No man wants to have their prostrate checked but Dr. Ead sets you at ease and made it not so bad. Very caring doctor who covers all the bases. His staff were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.
I have been seeing Dr. Ead for over ten years. He has always explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions in detail. He makes sure I participate in my treatments. He is very easy to talk to and treats me like an intellectual equal even though we both know I am not. But the important thing is that his treatment has been very effective. He performed my prostatectomy and I was out of the hospital on the second full day with no follow-on pain or complications.
The overall experience with Dr. Ead has been great. Definitely recommended.
Dr.Ead is Awesome....Warm,caring,and TO THE POINT...Hes honestly is A REAL 100% Gentleman !! Compared to my last urologists practice..Its a night and day difference,You are NOT a number,but a person who he fully cares about..Same with ALL his staff...THEY ROCK !! I would recommend his practice to everybody!!
