Took my mother to see him, drove over a hour from home…quickest exam ever! kept cutting both of us off when we asked questions and I felt like he wasn’t trying to even listen to our concerns. He would ask a question and before my mother could even answer it he would interrupt her and not allow her to finish. Very disappointed
2-3 hour wait for a 2 minute check up. Have gone multiple times without resolving issue. Highly recommend Dr Kenneth Hughes on Nicholasville rd.
Horrible experience as a patient and when I called today to get my records sent to a new ENT office the woman I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Save yourself a waste of time and just go somewhere else.
