I cannot say enough about Mack Chiropractic! Both Dr. Mack Sr. and Dr. Mack Jr. are so kind and attentive! I never feel rushed, even when they are busy! I end up cutting them off with they try explaining things because I actually feel guilty about the amount of time they spend with me! They are so good at diagnosing and resolving my pain! I love their personalities and sense of humor! Lastly, Kim has a great demeanor and adds to the family, fun atmosphere!

The secretary has been nothing but disrespectful and rude since I have been seeing Dr. Mac. I thought maybe this was just my problem, however I am not the only one. Don’t answer phones and represent a business if you are a miserable human being. I should have taken past customer’s advice and seen a new chiropractor sooner. Being the wife of the chiropractor doesn’t give you permission to treat multiple people with disrespect.
