Dr. Kapp and his staff are top notch, from making a simple appointment to having a major procedure. You are treated like top priority. Dr. Kapp's bedside manor is extremely professional and descrete. You leave feeling very satisfied and confident.

Dr Kapp made me feel as though I was a member of the family while I was in the office. He was concerned about my care, answered my questions, and put my fears to rest. I have received compliments on his work from other surgeons. I would return to him whenever the need arises.

Deceptive...advises treatment method then has office call later and completely change. Could have been honest in discussion. Also contacted office during office hours....office closed....left message with answering service to have someone contact me....no one did. They fail to understand i am the customer and i decide not them. All about the money for them.

I went to see Dr. Kapp to have my implants replaced. What worked 11 years ago was not working anymore. When I first met Dr. Kapp he made me feel at ease immediately. He was so warm, friendly and understanding. He answered my numerous questions and never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. My case was complicated and he ended up correcting my problem with half the amount of surgery he initially planned. My results are AMAZING and I'm so happy. I highly recommend him! He is the best!
