I will definitely recommend dr Kapp not only to my family but to anyone that’s looking for a highly experienced and oustending professional . His work is impeccable, he’s a perfectionist and having him as my plastic surgeon was an honor and the best decision I’ve ever made.
Dr. Kapp did my breast augmentation. He did an amazing job. The operation and recovery were quick and without much pain. The whole office staff is amazing.
First .....refused me service when I balked at having my drivers license copied.. but I complied.. Then ...advised me that visit with him wouldn't be covered by insurance because operation would be cosmetic . His diagnosis was simple cyst on my head /neck.. Very sure...Very wrong.. "...Melanoma " not cyst....'.. His mistake ...deadly.. Be warned........

I was going for a completely different reason, a little vanity. He noticed a skin lesion and told me I most probably had a skin cancer. He offered to refer me to a dermatology doctor for verification but I was so comfortable in the office (the staff was professional and friendly) I asked him to do it. Have been coming to Dr Kapp for Botox for over 3 years now. Every appointment has been a great experience! He is very friendly and concerned for his clients.
I went to Dr. Kapp to repair a defect in my scalp from removal of a large basal cell carcinoma. He talked me into "rotation flap surgery" against my will and preference for a skin graft. I was left without follow-up care for 2 mos. I now have hard, very painful lumps of scar tissue all around the incision. I also lost all my hair follicles at the surgery site. I went to see another plastic surgeon and I need to have more surgery to remove the scar tissue. Stay away from Dr. Kapp!!
I went to see Dr. Kapp a short time ago. After meeting with him and discussing my issue, I felt totally at ease with his confident demeanor and professionalism. He spent a good deal of time with me and he listened. Unlike other surgeon's, where they are concentrating on WHO'S NEXT IN LINE. I wasn't surprised, I was referred to him from a very close friend and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Kapp. and his staff. I would refer him and his staff without hesitation.
