They will refuse to refax letters to your employer or Insurance company if they are notified the letters were not received!!! I have been going here for a year and how hard is it to send a fax again if the other party says it was NOT RECEIVED!!! Just low down !!!! He bills you for the forms also but refused to send medical records copy to his patients. Beware!!
They will work with you and so far this Dr. is kind, funny and he listens.
Shame on this practice for the way they treated me on the phone this morning. Dr Sutton I would immediately hire someone new to take any phone calls for you. Especially working in the Mental health field. What a disgusting way to treat anyone.
