The front office staff is very friendly & accommodating. I have never had trouble getting my kids in when they have been sick. They schedule sick appointments together and well visits together so when you take your child in for their wellness visit they are not around sick kids. What a great idea! I have always had such a great experience at Dr. Moultons office. He is very friendly and always answers my questions truthfully. His staff is AWESOME and all so sweet! They have taken good care of us and the wait time is minutes compared to the sometimes hours I have waited at other pediatrician offices. 5 STARS! You would not be disappointed!
Dr. Moulton is so great with my kids. They actually want to go to the doctor so they can see him. He is very knowledgable which put me at ease. I know we have found the pediatrician for us!
Dr. Moulton has been my childs pediatrician for years. He is as honest and dependable as they come. If you are searching for a pediatrician Dr. Moulton and his staff are excellent. He and his nurse practitioner are kind and compassionate. I couldnt ask for anyone better. I appreciate that Dr. Dan lives and works in the Allen community. I see him out at his sons baseball games and school functions and he always remembers who we are and asks about our children. A++!
Weve been using Dr. Moultons office since our baby was born and they have been WONDERFUL! They are courteous of our first time parenting questions and seem to work really well with our schedule no matter how nuts it gets. They also work with Acute Kids Care in the evenings and weekends! And with first time daycare we were pretty much living between Acute Kids and Dr. Moultons office. We live in Addison and drive all the way to Allen just for the opportunity to see this doctor. After having been to 5 previous pediatricians, this is the best I have yet dealt with. His staff is GREAT. His Nurse was great with my daughter and talked to her instead of around her. Dr. Moulton couldnt have been any better. My daughter was very nervous and he put her at ease with his easy bantering and playful attitude all the while giving me the information I needed. I cannot speak for his abilities with newborns, but for my children of 8 and 3 he is terrific!
Dr. Moulton and his staff are incredible. When My youngest was 2 or 3 years old, he would walk in to the office and immediately begin calling for Dr. Moulton. It was so neat to see just how much my son loved seeing Dr. Moulton. No matter where Dr. Moulton was at, he would always pop his head out to say hello to my son whether we were seeing the nurse practitioner or him. We have been seeing Dr Dan since 8/01. He has always been very caring and taken the time to answer any questions and concerns. He has a great bedside manner with the kiddos as well. The nurses are friendly and very patient in any scenario. The nurse line is answered in a timely manner. The entire office staff has always been professional and can answer all questions readily.
