Rude and Arrogant= One less client! I Completely DISLIKED HIM! He was arrogant & rude. I couldn't TELL he was the dentist b/c of the way he was dressed. He seemed more concerned with being stylish than looking professional. I made an appointment for a general check up but when I got in the office he told me that it was a "problem specific appointment" (which is wasn't), & refused to conduct a full exmination!.
