Dr. Hennessy was good. Unprofessional Staff. There is no follow-up when I needed an insurance approval. All around very difficult to work with the staff they are not knowledgeable about process and they take much longer to do something than necessary. As a doctor you are only as good as the staff that your patients need to work with and if they make it difficult it's always unpleasant.

I don't usually post reviews but I am so frustrated with the way they do their billing. On SEVERAL occasions, I have received bills for visits to the office that were paid for at the time of the visit. I just received another bill from them for two visits that, again, were paid for. I spoke to someone from the Billing Department who didn't speak English very well and he asked me to send an email explaining the situation. I went to Dr. Hennessey a few years ago, he is wonderful and very knowledgeable; however they (staff) told me my orthodontics were $400 FOR EACH FOOT! I told them to just give me the one I needed they told me I had to buy both! $800 charge and insurance paid $290. Now I need to replace them, I’m not going through that again. I need to find someone else…again
