I was 20 minutes late to an appointment. I needed to come in for the doctor to refill a prescription that I have taken for about 10 years for depression. The doctor could not see me. When I asked if they could help me with an intermediate prescription (the next available appointment was a week out) because I suffer severe withdrawal symptoms (Zoloft is not a medication that you can suddenly stop taking), the nurse said that I had known since January that I needed an appointment. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately.
