The actual eye exam was fine. Thorough and complete. I did not feel as if there was deficiency in the medical side. However I, after many years of going to Joyful Eyecare before Dr. F took over the practice in the Mall and after, will not be returning. This visit felt more like a sales pitch from a used car dealer and less like a visit for my eye care. He was more focused on story telling and how the future of eye care was here at his practice.
