Dr Lam was persistent in diagnosing and taking action with my health difficulties. He suggested several possibilities and sent me for appropriate tests to confirm diagnosis. He is the only Dr in 10 years to finally find and fix my health issues. He is courteous and works hard to be punctual for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Was referred to Specialist after visiting family doctor 5 times. After 5 minutes with Dr. Lam and no communication for two months he deemed it best that I return to the family doctor. The same doctor that referred me to him as he couldn't diagnose the issue. Some specialist.
Maybe it's my higher expectations, maybe it's not as serious a condition as the Dr. required to turn his full attention to, but what I got was what I felt, little attention, a prescription and no follow-up. That worked mildly initially, but not long term. They are extremely busy, I know. I then got referred to a different specialist that did help me manage my condition.
