I saw this Dr for years to deal with anxiety and panic attack issues. I would consider him to be kind, but he doesn't really listen. I would also say these weren't really "sessions" but turned into 10-15 minutes of repeated questions before sending me out the door with a prescription renewal. I’ve never had a problem with Dr. Leaupple. He always seems to genuinely care about me and adjusts my medications when necessary. But omg, you better hope you never need to get someone on the phone because they will NOT answer. Like ever. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get prior authorization for a medication, it’s ridiculous. I called again today and the mailbox was full. I guess I’ll have to drive over in person??
I was a patient of Dr. L’s for years and I am hoping to go back soon. He is the only Psychiatrist that asks probing questions to get to root cause of your health issues, and listens attentively to find the best treatment possible.
Dr. Laeupple is the best! He is very kind and understanding. I have been a patient for over two years and I highly recommend Dr. Laeupple and his staff.
