The office doesn't acknowledge contracts or network participation with insurances. Billing practices are shady and often take months to file a claim. Balance bills members for services not covered by insurance even tho explanation of benefits show $0 patient responsibility. If you ask for reimbursement they will decline and assign it as office credit.
