Appointments are canceled at the last moment via machine, then the office won't answer the phone. If I cancel at the last moment I get charged, but they just laugh it off. This has happened twice now. Can't get ahold or anyone to reschedule. Very poor office help.
This place is a joke, they have lack of communication the employees here don’t offer a resolution even though they make mistake, they expect patient to pay the price for their mistakes, if only Dr Choi and other physicians knew how they’re handling the front desk, I’m pretty sure some of these minions will be standing in the unemployment line, I run a business and I always make it right with my clients however this office is beyond repair and this ship is sinking fast…
