I’ve already see him twice. First was a referral from my family doctor for a cosmetic procedure, he will give you the cost and you need to decide there whether you want it done or to book another appointment. I had the worst experience of my life at this clinic. I visited for acne treatment, but instead of medical help, I was met with extreme dismissiveness and unprofessionalism. Unwelcoming Environment: I arrived 5–7 minutes early for my appointment. Even though the doctor and receptionist were clearly inside, they signaled for me to stay outside and kept the door locked until the exact start time. Although doctor was nice and knowledgeable but the receptionist was the worst. I haver never came across such a receptionist who doesn’t know how to treat patients.
