The lady at the front has a really bad attitude and shows lack of respect. She is very unprofessional at her job, not even worth 1 star.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Chang. He is friendly and has personality. The office is crowded but he gets through his patients pretty quickly. His prices are reasonable and I will be going back to see him in the future.
I was nervous before my appointment because of the mixed reviews, but Dr. Chang turned out to be one of the best dermatologists I've ever seen. He listened patiently, asked about my history, and didn't rush me at all — even when I apologized for taking time. He prescribed what I actually needed instead of pushing expensive in-office products. He even asked if I had insurance before prescribing something pricey.
