Very straight to the point and great explanations, he really knows his stuff. Funny guy too and explained my issue very concisely. Receptionist was kind too.

I recently saw Dr. Chang for concerns about patchy hair loss/possible alopecia areata, and I had a really positive experience. He was very kind and informative and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. He reassured me about my concerns and gave me different treatment options without any pressure, letting me choose what I felt most comfortable with. I had a great experience with Dr. Chang yesterday. He presented professionally politely and with a nice light sense of humour. He even tried to talk to me and provide comfort as he could see I was nervous during the procedure. Thank you Dr for making my appointment pleasant.
