I have gone to Dr. Nielson for several tooth extractions as well as an extraction and bone graft preparing for an implant. The staff starting at the reception desk is courteous and kind. They inform you as to what will actually happen during the sedation and procedures. Once in the surgical room, they work like a fine tuned machine. Very friendly and well qualified
This was the second time in three years I had to have a tooth extraction. This time including a bone graft. Once again, everyone from the front desk to Dr. Neilson were very professional, personal, and made me to feel very at ease during my visit. Dr. Neilson's work is excellent, and his staff is well trained and friendly. If such services are needed again, I'll be glad to return to Great Plains!
Dr Nielson has performed 2 tooth extractions over the past year. Both extractions were nearly painless and as comfortable as could be expected. Very patient and took time to explain the process.
I absolutely love that Dr. Nielson walked in and treated me like a new friend as a guest in his home, instead of a stranger that hadn't taken care of myself and now needed his education to remove a part of my body. He calmed my nerves by being clear on his plan, then talking through the process. I had ZERO discomfort or pain. I highly recommend Dr. Nielson and his team.
This was the second tooth I have had removed at this office and couldn’t be more satisfied.
