I was very wary because of these reviews.. i accompanied my dad and had made this appointment half a year in advance due to limited availability (but this was after calling countless of other GI doctors with no luck using medi-cal) and it’s true the room was full of patients waiting… After about 40 minutes, we were taken to a room and then about 15 minutes later, Dr Brelian came in. The red hair girl insult me ! A lot patient complaints but they đong care
Second appointment in a less than a year that has been rescheduled at 3pm on a Friday. My appointment was for Tuesday. I understand that rescheduling happens, but I find it hard to believe that this office didn’t know if this reschedule till the last minute. Very unprofessional. The thing that burns me is that I had left messages in the form of voicemail, cause NO ONE answers the phone, email, and snail mail requesting that someone call me. No one ever did. Never even got my appointment. Was given a date 7mo ahead. Was hospitalized 4x before that could happen. Called to explain how what happened and was put on hold for 20min. Explained what happened and the receptionist couldn't have cared less, simply responding, "So you want to cancel the appointment?" I said yes and she hung up.
