Sharing this for other women: My experience with Dr. Jennings was not only dismissive, it became concerning. Across two appointments, I was never able to discuss my symptoms. She talked over me, was condescending, and told me to schedule another visit because this was “just a physical.” At my second appointment, which started 30 minutes late, she again refused to hear my concerns due to “time” and incomplete “tasks,” even though I had already completed labs and imaging and came prepared with results. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with the billing department. Nicky, who is in charge of billing, was extremely unprofessional during our conversation. When I attempted to clarify my question, I was told, “Don’t speak over me,” even though I was simply trying to explain my situation. She then transferred my call to Susie, the practice manager.
