Love her! She takes the time to really listen. I am disabled due to sever Psoriasis and 14 dr.'s turned me away. Dr. Jeng is the first Dr. that would keep me as a patient. That says a lot right there!
I recently had a cosmetic procedure with Dr Jeng. From the time I arrived the staff was very friendly and Dr Jeng was on time. Dr Jeng made sure I understood what to expect and that I was comfortable start to finish. I also have had procedures done on the Aesthetic side. I am just as happy with the results there. The staff in the entire office are very nice to deal with all around.
Dr. Jeng, Katie & Kristen are smart, kind and professional women. I really like their MAs as well. The office is nice and clean and I'll definitely be recommending them.
Dr Jeng is a good Dr, but she lacks judgement in picking a good staff. Every time I go, i have never seen clients waiting in her waiting room. Her staff is filled with 20 year olds that a t like they're in jr high. When you leave her appts, Dr Jeng and her staff go to the back and always laugh and joke around, unprofessional in my opinion. Plus one of her staff asked me a very personal question-unprofessional and out of line.
My family and I have been going to Spicewood dermatology for years...I see Katie and Jenny...they are great. I can always get in when I need to and they work with my state insurance. My husband and kids see Dr. Jeng...she takes a bit longer to get into but she is great with my kids....We will continue going here...and I have several friends that go here and like them too!!! Clean facilities and I never have to wait!!
I am sure the doctor is good but she seemed in a bit of a hurry. There were too many people that accompanied her in the exam room. She didn't really seem like she cared, didn't provide personal attention and care. I got to the counter 3 minutes after my appointment time and the receptionist told me they might not be able to see me. Their billing/insurance person seems like they don't know what they are doing. I have had the most issues with this office than any other.
I originally called for another Dr., who was no longer there. I was not offered to see Dr. Jeng at that time. After checking my insurance approved doctor's, I called back for Dr. Jeng. I let Michelle know (answered the phone both times), I was looking for a dermatologist that took my insurance. She asked me a couple of questions about my insurance and then put me on hold. After 6mins. I finally hung up. Not impressed. So, I never actually scheduled an appt.
Not Patient Focused Been going to this office for over a year. The doctors are average, however I have to constantly follow-up with things. I have to call to get them to review blood work as a reminder for prescriptions, something other offices would do automatically. It seems like they want you to come in as often as possible. And they don't return phone calls very well and they won't let you speak with the doctors, it is against policy. They need better staff.
