I have been going to Dr. Santos for a few years for spinal injections. He is hands down the best injector, with the most amazing staff! Dr. Santos has excellent bedside care, and truly cares about his patients. He clearly communicates follow-up care, and always answers my questions. His team provides the best care, support and comfort during my visits. They are all very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Santos.
The doctors and nurses are incredibly nice however some of the receptionists are not so much they're a little rough around the edges I think they need some coaching
Dr. Kneidel gave me my life back. He is the best. I had both ankles repaired after many years of misuse and countless sprains and fractures. I can not thank him enough! Now I am back to all the wonderful things that I love doing..trail running, hiking, etc. THANK YOU Darcee Brown
I had endless disappointing issues visiting multiple doctors at this practice. First time, i was in a motorcycle accident and instead of getting an MRI like they should have they talked me out of it despite it being a horrible injury and going through PT. It still hurts to this day. Second and more visits later, I complained of pain in my neck to shoulder, specifically near my clavicle and instead of listening to my issues, they Xrayed my shoulder joint. We just left the urgent care clinic at KC Orthopedic and, while there is the normal expected wait time with any walk-in clinic, the care and attention my daughter received was outstanding. PA Lori took great care and attention in explaining next steps, potential risks with certain medications and gave follow up orders to explore once we are back in our home state. I am highly impressed with the care provided and would absolutely recommend KCOI!
