We were in Kamloops on vacation during Canada Day weekend and our daughter needed an expander key. It was very last minute but Lidia was super helpful and kind.
My son was in an emergency situation. Dr Dagasso took him in on extremely short notice. Even though my son's orthodontist is in Vancouver he allowed my son to have a scan done of his teeth. This normally costs several hundred dollars, but because we were in a bind at the time, he did it for free. My son has Downs Syndrome and new places like this can be a challenge for him. The new patient coordinator, treatment coordinator, and clinical staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with patience and expertise.
