The front desk employees or employee…. Are so rude ! I’ve asked around and I hear the same thing front desk is horrible very disappointing. Many insurances only refer to them for Endo it’s sad that they treat their patients this way. Dr Ang, with all do respect your whole front desk should be fired or retrained in basic manners.
Nobody answers the phone here even though I called many times during business hours. So unprofessional.
I didn’t get any work done because I have extreme anxiety of needles and The dentist was extremely understanding. The receptionist was also very comforting. She offered for me to hold her hand, and I thought that was extremely kind.
First, I want to say that I have never left a negative review because I know we can all have a bad or off day, but after my experience today with Dr. Ang, as well as reading some of these reviews, I feel obligated to share my very unpleasant and frustrating experience.
