First and foremost, I would like to say thank you so much to my doctor Dr. Damon Helms MD endocrinology diabetes & metabolism specialist for getting my medication pre authorized I truly appreciated it. Words can’t explain my appreciation for you as my doctor and as someone who actually had my best interest in your hands thank you once again.
This doctors office is very unprofessional the receptionist talk down to you. They refused to do a priorauthorization for me for my Ozempic. They said I’m on Medicaid. What do I expect? I called my insurance. They said they would accept it if Dr. Damien Helms did a new authorization because they were accepting it for the prior Ozempic shots I was taken, but instead, They disrespected me on the phone calling me out On being a recipient of Medicaid not everybody in the world is trying to take advantage of the system.
