Very poor communication with office, they rescheduled my last appt, I had to change things around my end so I arrived 15 minute late for my preop, i got a call from memorial preregistration and to arrive 5am feb 17, only to be told my surgery was cancelled. As a HCW myself would not recommend this provider.
I waited for over a month to post this review. I decided on Dr. Pope due to the reviews. He is nice but communication is non existent. When you try to communicate, no on returns calls. When you call back to get answers, you cannot speak with anyone within the office. When someone finally calls you back, it is not someone within the office and you get no help and or resolution.
