The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, and if they were answered it was with attitudes from the Doctors workers. And I felt worse when I left. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Doctor is great BUT the workers her staff horrible, they gave me attitudes for years, and when I did tell the doctor not once but twice....nothing look like it was of importants... read more

Only with clear directions Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Not at all. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution.
