After my initial appointment they kept billing me and when I called my insurance they said Dr. Shahan had never billed them. Then after I had payed for the initial visit, they still billed my insurance for it and I had to go in and ask for a reimbursement. Before I said a word about my insurance, they already knew what I was there for and said I would get a check 'in a couple weeks.' I think they double bill and then wait until the patient complains. Very shady business practices.
Took out 4 wisdom teeth without issues, I suspect others can do the same job just as well. The office staff is rude, they were billing my health insurance, instead of dental, and then I got a nasty letter to pay them AFTER I found and fixed their mistake! I would look elsewhere, they're not worth the hassle.
