Awful Staff/Receptionist – Never in all my years have I been treated as badly as the staff/reception in this Dr office. I will never refer anyone to them until the staff realizes CUSTOMERS pay their wages! Esp new ones!

My Favorite Doctor – Dr. Prokupek was my gastroenterologist for a specific period of time due to an illness. I liked him, the quality of the care I received, and his offce staff so much that I've kept him for years as my regular physician. I haven't ever had one single problem with anyone in that office, to include his colleages. If I ever move away, I'll be sorry to lose him as my doctor. Lisa L.
INCREDIBLY FINE PHYSICIAN – Dr. Prokupek is the best doctor in Los Angeles. He saved my best friend's life when his other doctor couldn't even find the problem. Greatest GI / Internist in L.A. – Dr. Prokupek is a caring and capable physician and one of the best GI doctors I have ever seen. He has an easy-going, attentive manner that puts me at ease. One of LA's Finest Doctors – Dr. Prokupek was the first doctor I have gone to in Los Angeles that made me feel totally comfortable--both he and his office staff are first rate.
HIGHLY disorganized – I needed them to fax over my records to get health insurance. It just wasn't happening. They'd say they would, and they didn't. They said they did, but they didn't. Then they finally did, and it was the wrong form. And then my health insurance application expired. Thanks, Dr. Prokupek. His diagnosis also was not helpful. I'm still having problems. And, when they billed the insurance they never even put down my # so I had to go back and forth for weeks with claims.
