Recently moved in the area was over due for a visit. I didn’t know much about the area so despite the reviews I read o decided to give them a try. I had a great experience. From them assisting me prior to arriving with COVID protocol concerns I had, to a warm welcome upon arrival, & the service I received during my visit. Thank you ladies & Doctor. See you soon.
The worse experience ever.. they cancel my appointment twice and one day before of my next appointment they call me to say the “ the Doctor got retirement just yesterday… unbelievable! And the first time they sow me they sent me 4 bills at home… ( i have insurance) i had to speak 4 times with the lady .. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I waited an hour for a scheduled appointment, was asked to fill out form again and she called me “ma’am.” They so misplaced my ID card. I wish I can invoice them a cancelation fee because I sure as heck did not stay for my appointment. Took an Uber for nothing. I should send them the bill for that at least. Ugh. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! I wish I can give negative zero stars
Horrible service. I contacted them more than 5 times to get a receipt for the bill I paid and till now I was not able to get one. I am so glad I chose a different eye doctor after my first visit here.
