Every visit is great with Dr Daisy. She listens, she cares and she knows her business. I wanted to do this as a thank you to her and her office for setting up Covid vaccines for her patients while many friends were going through the online wringer trying to get an appointment.
As usual my visit with with Dr. Manuel was excellent. She is always understanding and takes the time to listen to me. This visit was especially great because she found I was over medicated and after conferring with my other doctor, she took me off one of my meds because by blood pressure was very low.
I saw Dr. Manuel last year and I liked her. However, she is very difficult to get in to see. This year she did not show up on the day of my appointment. Her office staff called one hour and fifteen minutes prior to my appointment to let me know. They would have charged me $25.00 if I had cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours prior. I asked if they were going to pay me $25.00 for cancelling and they said that they do not have that policy.
