He's very good at his job
Awesome staff, friendly very helpful. DR. Harmon extremely nice and helpful. Covers any and all issues you might have with your eyes and vision.
My daughter has needed glasses for awhile now. I was unable to find a place that would cover our insurance until her new Dr. referred us to Dr. Harmon. I am so grateful!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Harmon himself was just fantastic with my daughter and I am just blown away by how sweet and caring everyone was and they went beyond to make sure my girl got her first pair of glasses. 10/10 Highly recommend.
I went in for an eye exam and had a very disappointing experience. I was not told until the end of my appointment that my insurance will not cover anything, even though I gave all of my information over the phone, prior to the appointment. I also requested a copy of my prescription and they would not provide that for me, without a large fee. After finding out that is illegal in the state of Tennessee, I went back in and they handed it to me with no problem. It is a shame to think they are doing this to people with no access ... read more
