My daughter has needed glasses for awhile now. I was unable to find a place that would cover our insurance until her new Dr. referred us to Dr. Harmon. I am so grateful!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Harmon himself was just fantastic with my daughter and I am just blown away by how sweet and caring everyone was and they went beyond to make sure my girl got her first pair of glasses. 10/10 Highly recommend.
I went in for an eye exam and had a very disappointing experience. I was not told until the end of my appointment that my insurance will not cover anything, even though I gave all of my information over the phone, prior to the appointment. I also requested a copy of my prescription and they would not provide that for me, without a large fee. After finding out that is illegal in the state of Tennessee, I went back in and they handed it to me with no problem. It is a shame to think they are doing this to people with no access ... read more
beware this office does fraudulent activity. i went in with insurance through my employer. i gave front desk the insurance companies instructions to bill on a simple second opinion. she stared at me dumbfounded and said yea ok. the. asked for my medical insurance to have it on file said its protocol after i told her that insurance did not cover my exam to only use my separate vision insurance again she stared dumbfounded and said ok. i should have seen this a red flag. 3 weeks later me and my wife got a bill from out medical... read more
Awesome staff very professional and Dr Harmon is amazing would highly recommend them .
Great doctor and friendly staff. I had an eye infection and he made sure to call me the next day(Saturday) to check my progress.
