I do not recommend Dr. Wong at all! Took my son in for chest pain and the doctor barely examined him, dismissed it as a stomach bug. I knew something else was wrong so I took him to another doctor the same day who sent us straight to the ER because my son had severe pneumonia. Very disappointed in the lack of care!!
This pediatrician does not follow the hippocratic to help people. They are refusing to see her.
If I could I would give zero stars I've been taking my two kids here for almost a year and I would be here everywhere week trying to see what was wrong with my boys and never any help they would keep telling me over the counter meds .. well I took then to a new Dr first day they have bronchitis.. new Dr had them do xrays to find out they have Pneumonia.so instead of helping my kids Dr wongs office only made them worst ..
Everyone from the front staff to the doctors and assistants are awesome. The nurse practitioner has been great as well when Dr. Wong and Dr. Ward is busy. They informed me with enough notice when they were not taking my insurance any longer and let me know which ones they were accepting. I have had to self pay a couple of times and their prices were not terrible. Thank you all for caring for my kids !
