Horrible experience! Doctor is rude doesn’t give any information that’s needed, doesn’t help you with concerns, gives short answers and isn’t friendly.
I’ve been seeing Dr Pham for a few years. Her staff is amazing. Her concern is genuine. I like her very much.
I went to Dr. Cynthia Pham about 5 years ago. To this day and for the rest of my life, I will never forget her callousness and the harm that she inevitably did. She should not have a Dr.'s license. That's how bad it was, and it's been 5 years. DO NOT GO TO GET FOR ANY REASON.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pham for many years. Dr. Pham and her staff are very professional and always gave me the best care and attention. There are many great professionals closer to where I live but I will continue to see Dr. Pham for her dedicated personal attention.
Dr. Pham was very nice and really seemed like a good doctor. As soon as my first visit was over, there was zero follow up. My Appointment was early Jan 2020, I had a physical done with blood/urine work. I had blood in my urine so it was urgent to get the results. After weeks, I called and asked for the results. I also asked that my blood test results be sent to my home, still hasn't happened. Also, she refused to refill an asthma medication when the pharmacy requested it. So nice! Do not waste your time or money!
Very rude, comes into the consult alredy having an attitude . If you are looking for a PCP this is definelty the worse place to come to.
The worst Dr. I have seen so far. She was rude and don’t care about you just want to charge you and your insurance over and over again. She does not spend enough time with you and want to go to the next patient very quickly. She schedules you many times for different reasons just to charge the insurance multiple times. In office lab also over charges you and your insurance, don’t use them just get an order and go to Labcorp or somewhere else, they are cheaper and can tell you if you have to pay
Overbooks her patients. Does not see in a timely fashion. Wants to see see you for every little thing, just wants your money. Trash overflowing in cans,
She was rude a fast talker and do not listen to the patients. The trash was overflowing and trash was thrown on top of the can. She never washed her hands.
