I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to make an appointment for my kids. Whoever answers the phones keeps telling me to hold after asking me how old my kids are. Each time she comes back she asks how old my kids are. It doesn’t make sense. Currently looking for somewhere else to go. If they act like this over the phone, I can only imagine how they are in person.
