Dr. Moreno is a warm, caring and companionate physician. When she comes into the examining room she gives her undivided attention, clearly answers all questions and never gives the impression that she is rushed. But this does not cause long waits for her to arrive. She gives valuable and friendly advice as well as sound medical assistance. She is the best doctor I have ever had and I highly recommend her.
She is the only Dr in the office others are just PA--physician assistant, they are not Dr. So when ever you want to make a appointment, staff will make with PA because Dr is not available ( she might be on vacation or works 3 day) plus staff will show the attitude we don't care. I try to make an appointment, staff were telling me, only available appointment is about one month ago. Please change your Dr ASAP. I am waiting to open enrollment and then i will DEFINITELY-DEFINITELY change my Dr.
I have found Dr. Moreno to be a caring and thorough professional. She is concerned about the person as well as the patient. Highly recommend her.
